Hi … i found probably a bug… average in ethermine eth very diferrent between the app ans the ethermine site. Almost 35% less after a stop of 4 hrs.
Try to open the browser and the application in same time. So, you can compare the result. Please send the screenshot if you get quite a big difference related the pool and the application. Thank you

If I use ethermine pool and set the payout using polygon layer 2 payout, this app does not show the correct “Next Payout” estimation. Using polygon layer 2, I actually get paid every 0.01eth mined, but on this app it assumes 1.0eth is the payout minimum, which is wrong.
We don’t have testing wallet related with polygon. Not sure can implement this problem without testing wallet. Thank you

I’m using ethermine. Once a while this app will alert notifications said.. Workers died.. Which I check later, it didn’t. False alarm. And sometimes it should in worker section as offline.. Which reality it didn’t.

Bug report. I can not delete a notification about auto update settings. I bought a pro version, set the widget, checked settings but notification is still active and it can not be removed.
No, that is not bugs. We use foreground service. So, when the service running, you will get notification info in the taskbar. You can stop the service from the setting to remove this notification.
A foreground service is a service that the user is actively aware of and isn’t a candidate for the system to kill when low on memory. A foreground service must provide a notification for the status bar, which is placed under the Ongoing heading. This means that the notification cannot be dismissed unless the service is either stopped or removed from the foreground.

1. Sugestion: please add a possibility to shrink a widget field, it could be in 1 row but it takes 2 and cannot be shrinked.
2. Mining ETH on ethermine where is possible to get payments via polygon network and minimum payment threshold is 0.005ETH. App is showing next payment threshold 1ETH and that will be in several months in my case.

1. Sometime the widget when the first time shrink to 2 rows. Try to resize to ~0.8 row from bottom or top. So, you will get the widget size with only 1 row size.

hourly BTC estimated reward is in form like 1.7401e-05 and should be 0.00027… maybe because of too many zeros after the “.” ?
The estimated reward computed from the current coin price too. Example: when you mining ETH, the hourly BTC reward is estimated of current ETH price compared with BTC priced.
You can compute the hourly reward with 24 hours and get daily reward too. Thank you

When you uncheck Active , you need to open that wallet to get the last data. We add this options to disable our old wallet to refresh the last data from pools. We don’t delete that wallet because planned to use in the future. So, we add this feature. Thank you
I think the intent of allowing users to set the ‘hashrate drop’ bar to 0% was to allow users to disable that check. But it seems that setting it to 0% actually sends out alerts any time the hashrate drops at all. Could we just get a checkbox to disable that check completely for those of us that don’t care about hashrate changes and only want to get alerts when a worker goes offline?
Try to set hashrate drop by 100%. I think this method like disable hashrate drop feature. Thank you

Is the wallet I’m mining on ok?
Can you give us more details about your question? The wallet used in the application is same with your wallet when you use in the pool. You can check your mining dashboard to pool website directly.
We create the application to make more simple when you mining in many of pools and coins. So, show your mining pools in one application is more simple than open multi tab in the browser.
How we can get the data from the pools?
Check at your website pools or contact their admin. They shares HTTP API how to get the data from their website. The application use that API to get the data using user wallet.

Suprnova Raptoreum pool doesn’t seem to update automatically. All my other pools update at the set interval, but this one won’t update at all unless I click on it to go into details and then it updates.

This pool only allow once API call every 10 second. So, try to refresh page when the application failed to read your data
So, sometimes the app failed when reading their pool API, and we manually to refresh the pool data.
Not sure I understand. If you set the refresh period to 10 or 15 minutes, why would it run into problems oifthe pool allows API calls every 10 seconds?
I mean is suprnova have different rules compare with the other pools. Sometimes when I testing this pool, need to refresh multiple times to get the data.
I have checked the code, when we open a wallet/get your wallet data. We need to call 2-3 Suprnova API. Because they separated API to (1). get miner info (2). Miner balance (3). Miner worker
The pool only allow 1 API/10 secon. But, we need 3 API to fill the app data. That is why sometimes the result is failed.
I don’t know about this pool, because only use their API. The application use same algorithm and library. So, when the problem only appear in same pool, I think the problem related with that pool. Thank you

Could you please make Alerts settings personalized for each wallet? I would like to get notification of hash rate drop by 10% for ETH wallets and 85% for RVN/RTM. ETH hash rate is stable for me, however RVN/RTM hasrate is very volatile.
Regarding summary from all user wallet feature – I would like the summary to be for several selected wallets, rather than all wallets I’ve added to the app. Ideally, I would like to be able have several summaries for different selected wallets. The main thing in the summary is profit in different timeframes and currencies. And I would like to be able to add wallets with different cryptocurrencies in the same summary to see total profit.

When you send us the first comment, I have check the pool WEB directly and get the the current and average hashrate have same value. So, I have reply your comment to check the pool web and compare the result with the application. The app use API from the pool directly. So, if the pool don’t change their API, the displayed data in the app and web must have same result. Thank you

Coba om buka walletnya di suprnova. Saat pertama kali kan cuma 1 titik saja dichartnya. Kemudian mulai bertambah titik chartnya (asal browser tidak ditutup). Jadi, tipe chart di suprnova itu metode streaming om. Jadi menarik data setiap berapa detik. Untuk aplikasi kami itu bukan tipe streaming, tapi menggambil data saat wallet dibuka atau direfresh. Itulah sebabnya dichart hanya satu titik. Karena data yang ditampilkan adalah data yang diterima saat itu juga dari API poolnya. Untuk list payment di pool nya sendiri ada gak ya? Kami menambahkan feature sesuai dari apa yang disediakan dari pool API nya. jadi, kalau dari webnya sendiri tidak ada ya kami tidak bisa menambahkan juga. Untuk copy wallet coba kami pikirkan dahulu. Is it possible to add the unpaid balance to the main GUI screen next to the coin Balance. I can see the unpaid dollar amount when I go into the chart data screen, but it would be really nice to see on the main screen.

There is a problem with average hashrate. Numbers don’t match with the curve. Ethermine and the curve are showing correct value.
1. Ethermine update their API. The existing average hashrate using our 6 Hour moving average algorithm. Because the previous API don’t have this variable.
2. I have checked the current API. But, we don’t have the same value for average hashrate. You can check this API from your browser and compare with the pool chart. Change the wallet with yours

Would it be possible to add a “Show / Hide” toggle next to each of the wallets / coins? I’ve got too many wallets and coins that I don’t want to delete, but don’t want to always have to see them either. Or possibly be able to set up different account “pages” to build custom views – that may even be easier for the programming side. Anyway, just a suggestion. Thanks for keeping this a Great App 👍
