Using our apps you accept all possible risks related to software usage. Mining Monitor 2 Application provides monitoring service for your mining rigs, but information that it uses is collected and processed with some delay, so we do not guarantee that you will be notified right away when any accident happen. Please, use Mining Monitor 2 Application as an additional tool for monitoring your rigs, the application will try to notify you, but it will not protect rigs from an accident.
Apps owner does not compensate any irreversible losses.
App owner is not responsible for any losses suffered as a result of using the application.

This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our mobile application, (” Apps“), and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the ” Sites“).

Information collected through our Apps

In Short: We may collect information regarding your mobile device, when you use our apps.

If you use our Apps, we may also collect the following information:

  • Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Information collected from other sources

In Short: We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources.

We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include: social media profile information, marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links).

Moreover, Mining Monitor 2 Application is using different sources (Mining Pools) to provide our users with info about mining rig and wallets. All this info Mining Monitor 2 Application is fetching from the public resources. Before integrating any Mining Pool to Mining Monitor 2 Application we are trying to review Pool Licences to match them, but in general cases, pools provide information as public and do not require any specific licence. In this case, we are simply using open and publicly available Pool API to get info that we need.

Note, if you are Pool owner and you think that we are using your Pool data illegally or violating your Terms of Use, please contact us and we will remove your Pool from a Mining Monitor 2 Application and any of our services.

 

2. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Apps, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.
